Join us for our BIHN Brain Injury Support Groups on Zoom, where we offer two distinct meetings each month designed to support different members of the brain injury community. These sessions are a chance to share experiences, gain understanding, and connect with others facing similar challenges in a supportive and welcoming environment.

BIHN Open Support Group Meeting

When: Every 4th Wednesday of the month at 12 PM EST.
Who: Open to all individuals interested in brain injury recovery—survivors, caregivers, and professionals.

Our meeting offers a space for open dialogue and connection, where every story and experience is valued. Expect a supportive atmosphere conducive to sharing and learning from one another.


Caregivers and Supporters Group Meeting

When: Every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6 PM EST.
Who: Exclusively for caregivers and supporters of brain injury survivors.

This meeting focuses on the unique challenges faced by those who support brain injury survivors. It’s a dedicated space for sharing coping strategies, offering mutual support, and discussing the specific needs of caregivers.

For both meetings, reminder emails are sent the day before to ensure that anyone interested can be part of our support community.
