Join us for our BIHN Brain Injury Support Groups. These groups are a chance to share experiences, gain understanding, and connect with others facing similar challenges in a supportive and welcoming environment.

For all meetings, reminder emails are sent the day before to ensure that anyone interested can be part of our support group community.

Circle of Hope Recovery Meeting

When: Every second Wednesday of the month at 12 PM EST.

Who: For anyone navigating life with Substance Use Disporder and Brain Injury, or anyone looking to learn more.

Where: Virtual Zoom Meeting

Circle of Hope is a unique support group for those living with both Substance Use Disorder and Brain Injury. Join us to share, connect, and grow in a meeting where hope begins and healing happens

Caregivers and Supporters Virtual Support Group

When: Every second and third Wednesday of the month at 6 PM EST.

Who: Exclusively for caregivers and supporters of brain injury survivors

Where: Virtual Zoom Meeting

Join us for a welcoming space where caregivers can connect, share their experiences, and feel valued. Together, we'll foster a supportive environment for open dialogue, learning, and growth with others who truly understand the caregiving journey.

Mindful Hope Meditation Session

When: Every third Wednesday of the month at 12 PM EST.

Who: For anyone looking to embrace mindfulness to help improve life's quality.

Where: Virtual Zoom Meeting

Hosted by Shane Pennington, this is a structured mindfulness gathering designed specifically for all affected by brain injury. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and fostering emotional resilience. This meeting provides a supportive space to explore meditation, breathwork, and other mindfulness practices tailored to life after brain injury.

BIHN "Open" Virtual Support Group Meeting

When: Every 2nd Thursday and 4th Wednesday of the month at 12 PM EST.

Who: Open to all individuals interested in brain injury recovery—survivors, caregivers, and professionals.

Where: Virtual Zoom Meeting

Our meeting offers a space for open dialogue and connection, where every story and experience is valued. Expect a supportive atmosphere conducive to sharing and learning from one another.
